Can I reserve items?
Items can be reserved.

We do not negotiate prices as our profit margins are low.
Do you collect unwanted items?
We will collect unwanted items for a fee.
Depending on the item, we may purchase it.
Is there a guarantee?
Since these are antiques that are nearly 100 years old, we cannot offer a guarantee, but we will make sure to thoroughly check that they are in working order before handing them over to our customers.
Is maintenance difficult?
If you use it normally, there is no need for any difficult maintenance.
Is it difficult to use?
We will explain this to you in detail when you purchase, but once the wick is in the right position, it will continue to burn with a beautiful blue flame ring.

If your purchase amount is less than 20,000 yen
Shipping costs nationwide will be 1,500 yen.
Orders over 20,000 yen will be shipped free nationwide.
